Telehealth and In-Person
I believe in using person-centered techniques to build an authentic relationship with my clients. My therapeutic lens is inspired by psychodynamic theory and feminist theory, which allows us to explore how these systems impact the factors.
I see myself as a therapist specializing in grief, depression/anxiety and how it manifests, codependency, and life transitions. I enjoy working with highly sensitive folks, who have felt misunderstood. I am committed to understanding you.

My first session is a joint session with both the parent/guardian and the child, as you are a critical part of your child’s therapeutic journey.
Your child will have a confidential space to unpack school-based issues, such as low motivation or bullying. Early intervention in these traumas can help save your child from a life-time of maladaptive coping skills.

Coaching is available through telehealth nationally.
As a Certified Mental Health Coach, we commit to 4-sessions at a time to take a holistic view of your life and make action-based steps to work towards a goal that will bring you happiness.
I incorporate CBT and Solution-Focused therapy into the coaching model, which is about moving forward, not looking back.

Depending on the client’s needs, I blend using skills based tools to support the heavy healing work, which addresses the feelings and body. Some modalities I use to support this work include:

Narrative Work
